Unauthorized access must be reported immediately.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Services are offered on a subscription basis
• Fees are charged according to the selected plan
• Payments are processed via third-party payment providers
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Upload false, misleading, or unauthorized data
• Attempt to breach system security
• Misrepresent PayEnforce’s role or authority

Violations may result in immediate termination.

• You retain ownership of your data.
• By using PayEnforce, you grant us a limited license to process data solely for providing services.

• Any generated documents or workflows are system-based and informational only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayEnforce shall not be liable for:
